Tomorrow, I Start Preaching What Churches Refuse to Say
Get ready for 7 days of biblical truths your pastor won't preach — but Jesus did
Most people know Him as Jesus.
That’s the name passed down through centuries of translation. But in His time and culture, He was called Yahshua. That name holds deeper meaning, rooted in the Hebrew language and mission He came to fulfill.
I’ll use both names in this series, not to confuse, but to reconnect us with what He actually said — before churches rebranded Him, softened His message, and buried the uncomfortable parts under tradition.
If the gospel you’ve heard feels incomplete — it’s because it is.
Most churches today preach about Jesus, but not the message He preached.
They focus on His sacrifice, His love, His grace. Rightfully so.
But they often skip what He Himself said was the core of His mission:
“I must preach the gospel of the Kingdom of God to the other cities also, because for this purpose I have been sent.”
—Luke 4:43 NKJV
The Kingdom wasn’t a side note. It was the central message.
So what happened?
Somewhere along the way, the gospel was hijacked.
It became a message about Christ — not the message from God the Father that Christ brought.
Grace without government.
Faith without obedience.
Forgiveness without transformation.
Today’s gospel is a gospel of belief, not repentance.
A gospel that promises salvation — but rarely mentions submission.
A gospel with just enough truth to feel safe — but not enough to save.
Yahshua warned this would happen.
“For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.”
—Matthew 24:5 NKJV
He foresaw a world where many would claim His name — but twist His message.
A counterfeit gospel, dressed in truth, but built on sand.
That’s why this series matters.
Over the next 7 days, I’ll walk you through 7 Biblical Truths that most churches won’t preach.
Truths Yahshua declared openly.
Truths the apostles died for.
Truths that could change everything you thought you knew about salvation, church, and your purpose.
Tomorrow, we start with the message that defined Yahshua’s ministry:
The Kingdom of God is a real government coming to this earth.
Not a vague feeling.
Not a future heaven.
But a literal, world-ruling Kingdom.
And it’s the message He said we must believe.
Until then, ask yourself this:
If Jesus preached in your church tomorrow — would He even be allowed to finish His sermon?
Note: We just concluded a life-changing Young Leaders Camp this week, where 18 teens were challenged to "Do the Right Thing" in a world that has lost its moral compass. It reminded me why we must speak truth boldly — and why this 7-day series matters now more than ever.
