The Truth About Sex and Gender No One Wants to Admit
You’ve heard that gender is a spectrum. But what if both biology and Scripture say otherwise?
Let’s get one thing straight.
There are only two sexes: male and female. Every human body is built to do one of two things — produce sperm or produce eggs. That’s not ideology. That’s biology.
But you’ve been told gender is something else. Something fluid. Something you feel.
Let’s explore why that doesn’t align with the evidence — and what God actually says about who you are.
1. The Biological Reality
Humans are a sexually dimorphic species. Every human body is built for one of two reproductive roles:
Produce sperm (male)
Produce eggs (female)
There is no third gamete. No third reproductive function.
The SRY gene, typically found on the Y chromosome, triggers male development. If present, testes form. If absent, ovaries. In rare cases — such as XX males or XY females due to gene mutations — the body still follows either male or female pathways, not a third sex.
As biologist Dr. Colin Wright explains:
“Sex is defined by the type of gamete produced. No third gamete means no third sex.” —Wall Street Journal, 2023
Hormones and surgeries may change outward appearance, but they don’t alter chromosomes or create new reproductive roles.
2. “But Gender Is How You Feel”
Yes, gender dysphoria is real. It causes deep distress in those whose sense of identity doesn’t match their biological sex. People experiencing it deserve compassion — not shame.
But compassion doesn’t require denying reality.
The “gender spectrum” feels liberating to many because it promises autonomy — freedom and self-expression. But feelings can’t override physical truth. Medical transitions may offer short-term relief, but long-term peace comes from accepting design — not fighting it.
Yahshua (Jesus) came full of grace and truth. He never compromised either — and calls us to do the same.
3. What Scripture Says
Long before science identified chromosomes or genes, the Bible spoke clearly:
“So God created mankind in His own image… male and female He created them.” —Genesis 1:27
“You are not your own… therefore honor God with your bodies.” —1 Corinthians 6:19–20
Gender is not assigned — it’s revealed. Your body is not a mistake. It’s a masterpiece.
God didn’t just design your body — He designed your future. Believe it or not, He has a very wonderful plan for mankind. You were made in His image, with the potential to become part of His divine Family. This is the real meaning of life.
4. A Story Like Many Others
Consider Marcus — a teen like many today.
At 16, he felt overwhelmed by pressure from teachers and online communities to identify as transgender. Anxiety kept him up at night, wondering if his body was a mistake.
But after researching the SRY gene and reading Genesis with his youth pastor, something shifted. He began to see his male body not as broken — but as a gift.
Now, Marcus helps younger teens find peace in their God-given identity. His story reflects a growing number of young people who are rediscovering truth — and finding freedom in it.
5. Why This Matters
When we redefine gender, society doesn’t just change. It fractures.
In schools, girls lose privacy.
In sports, women lose fairness.
In families, children lose clarity.
Truth isn’t hate. Design isn’t oppression.
And this world, confused and divided, won’t last forever.
Christ is returning to restore order, identity, and truth. His Kingdom will put an end to this confusion — and you can start living by that truth now.
6. The Real Question
Will we live by design — or by desire?
God’s design isn’t a cage.
It’s a calling.
It’s not a restriction.
It’s a rescue.
You were made on purpose.
In love.
For a reason.
Don’t let the world talk you out of it.
Over to You.
